Krishnakumar K. T. is the Chairman & Managing Director of Oleevia Group of Companies. Oleevia Group is a dynamic organization with ten diverse companies, including an RBI-licensed NBFC – Oleevia Grameen Credits, a Multi-State Agro and Farming Cooperative Society, a Marketing Consultancy, and an NGO – Oleevia Foundation, which focuses on social empowerment. The group also includes Jnan Institute of Bharat (JIB), an educational institution that offers Diploma and Skill Development courses along with a practical MBA program.
Under his leadership, Oleevia has grown into a trusted brand that actively creates employment opportunities for fresh graduates, differently-abled individuals, and tribal communities. Through Oleevia Foundation, the organization provides educational and career counseling to students across India, helping them make informed decisions about their future.
Before founding Oleevia, Krishnakumar served as the National Head at ESAF Bank, where he led large-scale strategic initiatives, driving growth and operational excellence. His mission has always been to empower individuals and communities by creating sustainable career opportunities and making education more accessible through Oleevia Foundation. Academically, he holds a BSc in Physics, a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), and an MBA from IIM. His journey began at a leading NBFC, where he worked his way up over 19 years to become the National Head, gaining expertise in sales, marketing, operations, credit, risk, and strategy. Currently, he is focused on expanding Oleevia Group’s reach and impact across India, ensuring that the organization continues to create meaningful opportunities for people from all walks of life.
